Materials:

Presidential Petals
  • 1 Red cereal bowl, approximately 5-inches in diameter
  • 1 Brick floral foam
  • 2 Small American flags/li>
  • 2 Stems light blue delphinium
  • 2 Stems red gerbera daisies
  • 8 Stems large ivy leaves
  • Floral clippers and knife
  • Floral preservative/food
Directions:
Step 1 - Soak the floral foam in water that has been treated with floral preservatives/food for 30 minutes.

Step 2 - Cut soaked floral foam to fit inside cereal bowl, making it flush with the rim of the container.

Step 3 - Cut light blue delphinium to approximately 14-inches in length and insert into center of floral foam.

Step 4 - Cut another stem of blue delphinium to approximately 9-inches in length and insert into floral foam, slightly off center.

Step 5 - Insert 2 decorative American flags into floral foam, arranging them around the delphinium, and cutting one flag to approximately 6-inches in length.

Step 6 - Cut 1 gerbera daisy stem to approximately 2-inches in length and one to 4-inches in length. Now insert the stems into the arrangement around delphinium.

Step 7 - Cover the floral foam by cutting ivy leaves to approximately 1 to 2-inches in length and insert them into the arrangement where foam is visible.
